  1. Agreed. We have to use basicallyevery pitcher tonight.
  2. Cutting him sounds like a good option.
  3. Gooz up.... Rusch to pen .... Weurtz down ... Please??
  4. Who wants to bet that Dusty wants to take him out now?
  5. That guy screaming whe Mabry was hitting was really annoying.
  6. http://www.suntimes.com/output/cubs/cst-spt-kiley14.html PITCHING IN: With a rotation this weekend in Pittsburgh of Sean Marshall, Jerome Williams and Glendon Rusch, one more name must be included when that group is mentioned: right-hander Angel Guzman. If any of this weekend's trio falters and the Cubs are forced to go to the minors for immediate help, Guzman tops the list right now over left-hander Rich Hill. Guzman is off to a strong start at Class AAA Iowa after pitching well in spring training. He and Carlos Zambrano are close friends, and Guzman's arrival in Chicago would put Zambrano, 24, in the position of being a guidance counselor to Guzman, also 24, in both on-field and off-field matters. I almost wish that Rusch gets rocked on Sunday but we still win in order to see him moved to the 'pen.
  7. flair needs to eat his vegetables. otherwise i like the lineup. I probably should know this, but who's flair? Pierre? yep THanks. I read that just after I posted.
  8. "If you want me to wear 37 pieces of flair like your pretty boy Brian over there, then why don't you just make the minimum thirty-seven pieces of flair?" Awesome movie. Agreed.

  11. Third year in a row of a steady decline in run-scoring after Opening Day to a relatively unproductive offense. Game 1: 16 Game 2: 6 Game 3: 5 Game 4: 3 Game 5: 8 Game 6: 2 Game 7: 4 Game 8: 3 Let's score some runs. I wasn't expecting sixteen runs every game, but I thought small ball could give us a better offense than the last few years.
  12. Wade Miller.
  13. Not doubting you, but where did you hear this? I saw it on cubs.com as well.
  14. Right now it could be anyone... I just don't wanna see Rusch pitch anymore as the "#3 starter". ](*,)
  15. Hey guys I'm new to the forum. My name is Chris Moews. Hopefully cubs can ride barret's slam tomorrow!
