    Not with all the walks he'll draw. I have a feeling a lot of pitchers will walk him more and more as he gets closer to the record, just so they won't be the team or the pitcher who gives up that acheivement Eh. I'd hit him. I'd aim for his hip, too. So he cant take it off his body armor. But, as it has been established before, I'm a jerk. No. A saint would peg barry bonds.

    All of the analysis that I've read about the Bulls' draft only talks about Noah. What is the general opinion (link if possible) about the oaf and Curry?

    Free agency hasn't even started - we don't know what the final product will look like. Your slow :D Who is a big scorer available in free agency? Who is anybody that can make a difference that's available in free agency? I think we'd have to get one through a trade. I was under the impression that one of the biggest trade chips they had was the pick. Once the draft actually happens, the value of those picks typically evaporates. That sucks.

    Yeah, I dont see us sweeping this series. Mainly because we've already won 6 in a row, and that would mean winning 9 in a row...and I dont think that's gonna happen. BUT, that being said, we have every capability of doing so, with how well we've been playing recently. We MUST take 2/3. Im nervous. Yup...its a playoff series...or feels like it....we need to win. In other words, we won't.

    Not me. It's wildcard or bust. To win the division they are chasing one team, Milwaukee. To win the WC they are chasing about 5 teams. That is a lot harder. Down to 4 now. Plus keep in mind they're only 1 game behind Braves in the loss column. You're right that chasing 5 (or 4) teams is usually more difficult than chasing one. But if we don't win the series over the weekend I like our chances going for WC more than going for division (mostly because Brewers have been doing so well lately.)

    I hope you're prepared. This site is known for knowledgeable, rational, level headed fans that stray away from knee-jerk reactions....but yeah...all that goes right to hell in game threads. Especially during a big series like this :-) We are also known for our optimism, as evidenced by UMFan's last post. :)
