  1. I'm sure he'll be just as impressive 6 for 8 for 68yards and a TD on the first drive. Though he nearly threw a pick in the endzone.
  2. Orton and Broncos on NFLN now.
  3. I have a hard time believing he's "very frustrated," and I'd be shocked if he actually told anyone that. Seems like the guy is just trying to start another controversy since they'll have to actually talk about Cutler being good this week. Especially since it's some douche from a Denver TV station. Oh is it? I knew that he had written for NFL.com...didn't know the Denver connection.

Seems like the guy is just trying to start another controversy since they'll have to actually talk about Cutler being good this week. Post was from two days ago actually, but yeah....sounds like more made up controversy.
  5. I'm more and more convinced that Rashied Davis doesn't make this team. Too much young potential.
  6. Dear Erik Kramer, If you're going to say "check out who's playing safety?"....please provide the answer.
  7. @VicLombardi I'm told Cutler privately is very frustrated with his lack of talent at WR position...sorry Mr Hester
  8. Oh...it was because of the penalty, dummy. Cutler's done for the night, understandably. Great night really for all phases of the game. Loved the pass rush!
  9. Gould kicking touchbacks? Wtf?
  10. Cutler might be what it takes to make Hester a real receiver. They've talked about Hester developing the last few years, but he's been developing under some bad quarterbacks. It might take him some time this year to develop with a real QB. Aromashodu looked great. I love his size.
  11. Yeah, tackling is really the only thing you can complain about tonight. They've really looked great in just about every other facet. The bandwagon is gonna be filling back up this week.
  12. I want real games to start!! This is gonna be a fun team.
  13. The secondary knocked down a pass! Definitely a better start both offensively and defensively. I know Jacobs is a big guy, but I'd like to see some better tackling.
  14. ZachZaidman: Turner says Forte will see around 6-8 carries ZachZaidman: Roach is out with the mild concussion ZachZaidman: Vasher starts at 1 corner. McBride and Graham will rotate with 1st team at other CB spot BradBiggs: NFL hits Dusty Dvoracek with $7,500 fine after late hit DavidHaugh: Pre-game Soldier Field: Gould just nailed 53-yard FG
  15. If you get one of these stations, yes.
  16. http://www.suntimes.com/sports/baseball/cubs/1729284,CST-SPT-cub22.article Sounds like he was waiting for ownership to sort itself out before announcing anything.
  17. The initial notice was a physical appearance clean.
  18. Coincidence!! No correlation to pitch counts!!
  19. Too little too late. He starts hitting once we're past the point where it could have helped. That's still disappointing.
  20. After being on the DL for over a month? Yeah...I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. He's clearly not a naturally svelt fellow. If he has a healthy offseason, I think we'll see him report at a more acceptable weight in ST.
  21. Let's not forget to add fat Soto and Mike Fontenot to the list as well. Because the disparity between 2008 Dero to 2009 Font and 2008 Soto to 2009 Soto is HUGE. Soto has definitely had a bad year, no doubt. But wasn't he injured twice? Plus the whole "pot test" distraction. He's the least of my worries moving forward. I think he'll be better next season. Fontenot was a disappointment, but I think a lot of people thought that might happen (though they certainly hoped it wouldn't.)
  22. not many teams would be able to play through the injuries we've had. I actually think we've played pretty well when our key guys went down . Derosa would've helped with compensating for those injuries.
