    I'm singing Chelsea Dagger with a broken heart today. da...da da da...da da daaaa...da da da da da da da... I heard about that yesterday. Somehow, I think all of those guys will manage. Looks more like they're taking a break but will likely play together again down the road.

    No, I don't. Everybody and their mama's would had made the move on behalf of the Bulls. So it's not as if Krause "found" Rodman, SA gave him to the Bulls. So what credit is there to be had when another team essentially hands you a player? I'm late the conversation, and I might regret bringing this back up, but how about the move that made Purdue expendable? Stacey King for Luc Longley?

    So apparently Bernstein on the Score yesterday decided to get everybody all worked up and suggest that Phil Jackson could come back to the Bulls and coach. http://blogs.chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/rosenblog/2010/04/will-the-zen-master-become-the-bulls-best-rumor-available.html The rationale being that if he came back to the Bulls, that the likelihood of being able to get Lebron increases massively. Also, Jerry Krause (one of the big problems Jackson had with the Bulls) is gone. I don't think there's any real info backing this, but it's fun to consider.

    So he wasn't arrested and was let back onto the flight. So essentially, he was a jerk. Kind of a non-story, imo. The media's gonna blow it up though.

    Bowls are basically like a participation trophy in little league. These days, yes. I still remember, though, when there were around 15 games and making one really meant something. Were you walking 5 miles to school, uphill both ways, in foot deep snow too? :)

    Not under Ron Turner, I agree. Not under Mike Shanahan either. Of course, he was in his 1st two years as a starting QB. I do have faith that someday in the near future he will be able to though. I merely meant that he has a lot more potential under Martz than he did under Turner.

    Because we will be so far out of it that nobody will care about the team? that was my thought as well. non-fred game threads will be about 2 pages long. Hell its only the end of April and we are having trouble getting double digit pages for game threads Well the game threads are full of crazy too...so that keeps some people away as well.

    Can you name ant great BASKETBALL players that aren't douchebags? Grant Hill isn't great anymore, but other than being from Duke never struck me that way. Speak of the devil, ESPN is running a good article about Hill... http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/playoffs/2010/columns/story?columnist=adande_ja&page=granthill-100428 I gotta admit, as an extremely casual NBA fan at this point, I didn't realize Hill was still in the league.

    I don't think I've ever watched anything on Versus until these playoffs. I don't get it. You have to get the 250 channel package to get Versus on Dish Network.

    They're waiting till the weekend to fire VDN...probably tomorrow evening to try to get it out of the news cycles as much as possible.
