Who is slinking? Basketball sucks and I'm only watching if the Bulls are a superteam. Watch this and admit to me you didn't smile or laugh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jmiiR4hjPY basketball owns if only for Stacey King I wouldn't say basketball sucks, but I haven't been an NBA fan since the Jordan days, and what happens in free agency is going to largely determine the amount that I follow it from here on out. I understand the game and follow it casually, but I'll never be an uberfan without having an uberteam in Chicago. That was a good clip though. :)

Wait...why does there need to be karmic justice for this, it was clearly an "action reaction" that immediately after they left we were the worst team in the league for about 10 years Um...we kinda already had those conversations. That's why it was 10 pages ago.

This sounds like he's staying in Cleveland. My first thought on reading that was if he's staying, he could just announce down at the Cavs' arena or practice facility. If this is true, I think it means he's leaving. Also if he's decided he's staying, why not announce it at his camp? Why wait until Thursday?

I really think the Bulls need to make a huge Bosh push. I think that strongly increases the likelihood of getting one of LBJ or Wade...and since they might go back to their own teams (and Bosh isn't), it really seems like he's the one to make a point of going after.

Not really. It just means it take a little bit longer. Land either Boozer or Lee and you fill a hole right now. In 6 months, you might be able to acquire a nice SG, to fill another hole. Landing Bosh/James/Wade would make the job easier, but there is are more then one way to build a contender. The Bulls did not clear massive amounts of salary cap space to get Carlos Boozer or David Lee. Either of those paired with one of the 3 "bigs" would be fine...but by themselves...the Bulls would be a FA loser.

At least you wouldn't be the Knicks. ETA: Or the Hawks. I'd rather be shut out than to sign either of those contracts. Get Lee, and a 1 year shooter, then aim for Melo next year. Melo's gonna sign that extension in Denver.

I think the Bulls are getting shut out of this, too. I don't. I think Boozer or Lee will be Bulls. But even if they do, it's not the end of the world. Isn't that being shut out? Without one of the big 3, absolutely.

Nobody knows that. All of this stuff is just speculation. On Friday, we looked like we were going to get Wade and either Bosh or LeBron. Now everybody's speculating that we're going to be the team that ends up getting screwed. Like I said, I'm taking everything with a grain of salt from here on out. The only guy I really trust to give me any news is Wojo. Everyone else can go [expletive] themselves. Yeah but Wojo is saying this stuff too. He thinks LeBron is staying in Cleveland. Well Lebron staying in Cleveland is a lot different than what you just posted. Bosh going to Cleveland, while possible, I would definitely not classify as likely...at all. You're kind of the KyleJRM of this thread...heh.
