I'm still hanging onto mine for now, but it is a year-to-year decision. I wonder how quickly the Cubs are going to exhaust the entire waiting list with the combination of higher prices, economic challenges, and poor performance. Even in the best years, my tickets have been break even at best, and this year has the potential to be a huge loss. For the amount of money I spend on Season Tickets, I could easily just set aside a fund and buy tickets to whatever games I wanted to each year. Anything short of a World Series is going to be relatively affordable, and it doesn't look like we're going to see another World Series anytime soon. Yeah, even WC and NLDS games after 2016 weren't going for that much over face. And the NLCS tickets didn't go for near what I expected. I think most people were saving up for WS tickets which I wasn't going to sell at any amount. That's the sole reason I got season tickets in the first place.
