  1. didn't you have a chance to take a refund on this last year? or what did they offer? Last year they gave us the option for a refund or a credit towards this season. If we took the credit they gave us a 5% bonus I think it was. But unlike last year I won't be renewing my tickets again. And there was zero capacity last season so that changes things a bit as well. They just emailed the STH offering a refund/credit option for the April games. I guess it will be a month by month process as the capacity level is subject to fluctuations.
  2. I'm hoping they never get above 50% or so capacity this season so they are forced to offer refunds to STH. This is my last year anyway. Just give me my money back and let's enjoy the short time this franchise was actually relevant as we slide back into another lifetime of failure. didn't you have a chance to take a refund on this last year? or what did they offer? 4. First step is to officially eliminate Dook from consideration.
  5. Thanks for the memories, Seabs.
  6. Any word on Toews?
  7. At this point I'll take Fitz and draft a QB.
  8. I’m not going to know half the losers on this year’s roster.
  9. Doesn't Watt's wife play futbol in Chicago?
  10. The Bears need more old DE. Watt would be fun with this defense. The problem is with Mack, Quinn, Hicks and Goldman....adding Watt would be about 75M in cap going to the front 5 of the defense. But if they could trade Hicks, and sign Watt for a small cap hit in 2021, it would be a move I would like. Watt does have the ability to rush from the edge if Quinn can't turn it around. Although, I just saw Vita Vea dominate rushing from the edge in the Superbowl so maybe they could get similar from putting Hicks outside at times. You want to trade Hicks and replace him with Watt?
  11. Not that I want this to happen but is there a chance to bring Biscuit back on a 1-year deal?
  12. Almora to the Mets.
  13. Is he getting shipped off for Wentz?
  14. 2016
  15. Didn't they throw the picks by playing horsefeathers it, I'm going deep? I think one was definitely on Brady, crappy throw which, of course, Amos intercepted, the other was on Evans. He had the drops for most of the game except for the TD. I disagree that the one pick was on Evans. I thought so at first but on replay the pass was way high. Evans was barely able to get his fingertips on the ball and he's 6'5". No way he could've caught that one.
  16. Romo was 100% right on that. You kick the PAT there to get you to a 2 score game. The odds are still miniscule at that point but by failing on the 2 point conversion there you kept it at a 3 score game which ended their chances completely. No, that's not true. That's better for fans because it keeps drama in the game longer. But for the team who is trying to win the game, it's better for them to know ASAP. That way they don't plan their strategy around a 2 point that was going to fail. If it's going to fail, you want time to plan a new strategy, no matter how much of a long shot that new strategy is. 18. I get this angle. I just think stopping them on a drive starting at the 8 is easier than stopping them on a drive starting at the 20-25. And consequently scoring after a punt from inside the opponents 10 is easier than scoring after a punt from the opponents 30-35. And now that I think about it, I think LaFleur made that call because it was before the 2-minute warning. But if that's the case, the squib kickoff is another bad decision because if the returner didn't give himself up, the Packers would have lost that in their favor if that was part of the decision making. Both parts of that drive me nuts. I told my friend before the kickoff that I would tell the return man to bring it out no matter how deep the kick was to run off the 5-6 seconds before the two minute warning taking away the extra "timeout" the Packers were counting on. GB should have tried to kick it out of the end zone to try to prevent that. Then those idiots squib kick it to help Tampa Bay but their return man said "hold my beer" and slid down voluntarily with 2:02 left on the clock. I couldn't believe it.
  19. The 2016 Patriots QB room has as many NFC Championships as Brees & Rodgers combined.
  20. I was hoping for Glenn but a lot of that admittedly has to do with the fact that he is an Aggie and played at A&M when I was there. He was always a good dude in my experience. But from what I have seen he has done a good job coaching in the NFL and deserves this opportunity. I hope he does well in Detroit with a fellow Aggie as head coach.
  21. I'm seeing a lot of pissed off Cubs fans on social media. I can't be the only one here that had no desire seeing Lester pitch in 2021 on the Cubs. 2015-2018 were awesome and he's one of the best free agent signings in Cubs history and Chicago sports history but it's pretty clear he was done in 2019 and completely done in 2020. I get that people are pissed with everything the Cubs are doing at this point but I can't get there with this move and there will be time to mend fences with Jon and welcome him back when he's done. I'm just a meatball, I guess. We are going to suck anyway and he wasn't asking for much. Why not give him a one year deal and let him retire as a Cub? I hate that Wrigley was empty for his last start. He deserved a big sendoff.
  22. If fans are allowed in I may fly up just to root for Lester and Schwarber.
  23. Some players just aren't worth the hassle no matter how individually talented they are. Seems like the Nets now have 2 of them.
  24. You're assuming Kyrie gets his head right, which seems to be a big assumption right now.
