    I don't think trying hard has been the issue. The guy seems motivated to be better. I've never questioned his effort. The issue with Mitch is he is not smart. You can't fix that with inspiration. Agreed. Is there a NFL QB for Dummies book he can read?

    If he needs motivation from what fans are saying then he's got major problems. Perhaps, I have should said adds more fuel to the fire, he's got to be majorly pissed off with this constant narrative, with social media it surrounds him 24/7, who wouldn't be? Cutty told him the other day to ignore social media so he prolly doesn't know how upset we are that the Bears didn't draft Mahomes.

    Well everybody passed on Brady multiple times and he wins most of them. Trubisky and the Bear' have grin and take this constant [expletive] narrative, at the very least, it's providing lots of bulletin board incentive material for Mitch. Chances are we won't see significant improvement but, I believe Mitch is going to give a supreme effort in trying to get better for whatever that's worth. If he needs motivation from what fans are saying then he's got major problems.

If they went back to the Rookies vs. Sophomores format he probably makes it as there are multiple World players that he is having a better season than. Maybe Trae Young will sit out of the game and open up a spot for White. Maybe not but with the game in Chicago I'm surprised he wasn't included.
