Makes me hate Kevin Sumlin even more. Yeah I feel your pain: Corral is carrying Ole Miss entirely by himself the same way Manziel did and ultimately it's going to be wasted due to the defense. Your defense was ranked in the 100's in 2013 the same as Ole Miss' is right now. Losing multiple games despite scoring over 40 points is ridiculous. 2013 Tamu Offense - 4th Defense - 111th 2021 OM Offense - 3rd Defense - 107th The 2012 defense was good enough to win it all but we had a game with La Tech moved because of a hurricane so Johnny's first college game was at home against a very good Florida defense. Had he played at least one game before then maybe he would have been better prepared to beat them. It was a close low scoring game if memory serves. Win that game and we are in the SEC Championship Game due to the tiebreaker over Alabama and LSU having two conference losses. And at the end of the season I don't think anyone was going to beat us with the way we were playing. By 2013 Johnny was a little more out of control, Kingsbury was gone, and the defense wasn't nearly as good.

have a once a decade QB running your offense and your odds go up pretty significantly (assuming you have a halfway decent defense). Makes me hate Kevin Sumlin even more.

I know we got the benefit of some bad calls and I hate being the guy that blames officials but we got royally fucked on some very big plays yesterday. It infuriates me to no end that it always seems to happen against the GD Packers especially on our own damn field. That should not happen. And horsefeathers that POS Rodgers with his "I own you" horsefeathers at the end. If I ever run across him or Steve Garvey I'm going to sucker punch them as hard as I horsefeathering can without warning. I'll take a trip to jail for that satisfaction.

Didn’t look close to a swing live. Replay confirmed it. One of the worst calls I’ve ever seen in the playoffs. Probably not going to change the outcome but still inexcusable.

The worst was 2001 when the Bears went 13-3 with 2 losses to Green Bay. I was at the game at Soldier Field. Felt a bit weird flying so soon after 9/11. Closest I ever came to hitting a woman (which wasn't actually close at all) was walking out of the stadium when some heifer in green & yellow thought it would be funny to pull my Bears hat down over my face in the middle of the shoulder-to-shoulder crowd. I was not pleased at all.

Not that anyone cares but in two survivor pools this weekend I had Minnesota and Baltimore. I was positive I was going to lose both late in the 4th quarter and somehow managed to stay alive.

the more you explained this, the less i understood it Fair enough. Let me try to simplify it. Most Aggies shake their heads at the dumb horsefeathers the boys in painted overalls do. We're not really interested in trying to justify it to non-Aggies as that is not the norm at A&M.

Still can’t believe we beat Alabama last night. Did NOT see that coming after the previous two games.

That loss to Mississippi State last week is even more maddening now. Win that one and we control our own destiny in the SEC West.

Not in a million years did I think A&M would be up two scores in the 2nd half. Not even those still drinking the maroon kool aid would have thought that.

No idea who this A&M team is. I didn’t think we’d score 17 all night. I still expect us to lose by double digits but I’ve enjoyed the first half so far.
