    Bears are going to be tied for first place in the division tomorrow.

    Thankfully I wasn’t able to watch the game yesterday but our starting QB did go down with an injury early in the first quarter so that had a lot to do with it. But if we want to be a legitimate top 5 team we have to be able to do a lot better even with the backup.

    Man, Coach O's seat is smoldering lava hot right now. That video was embarassing to say the least, and a new video surfaced of him carrying on with some undergrad girls a few days before that UCLA game. LSU fans are the worst, and it is fun to watch this whole thing burn. Whoa, where is this? I have some LSU friends to harass. Lol.

    Well I guess I was wrong about being able to keep Fuller but it still bugs me that this wasn't done months ago. Why? What difference does it make now verse June? Because maybe that money could have been used on a player other than Fuller to upgrade the roster that isn't available now. It shouldn't be just now that Pace is realizing the need to restructure that horrible contract.

    He made $4.5MM last year and the Bears just freed up another $4.66MM in space. Fuller signed for $9MM. Pretty sure Fuller was due close to 20m if they kept him. And since I'm late to the party, I'm taking the wins. I wear my jersey proudly every Sunday in hopes of a Bears victory. Even when all hope is dire with a QB like Trubisky behind center. Well I guess I was wrong about being able to keep Fuller but it still bugs me that this wasn't done months ago.

    But if Dalton gets killed, Fields is his backup. So. I didn't mean killed out of the game. And I accidentally saw some of that idiot Mike Greenberg on ESPN this morning. He was adamant that Fields should either be starting or the #3 QB for this scenario if Dalton does indeed get knocked out of a game. In that case he says Foles should go in.

    "ESPN Chicago radio that the Bears never promised Dalton the starting job" - I read that as the Bears did not promise Dalton to start, according to a rumor. I like that. Why promise Dalton anything? "now the Bears don’t want to come out publicly and say he was lying" - i think I misread this the fist go around, thinking that the person reporting the rumor was the one who could be lying. But is this saying Dalton lied and said he was promised the starting job? Who is the "he"? Yes, the Bears organization doesn't want to come out publicly and say my friend was lying to me in a private text. SMDH

    My friend is telling me that they just said on ESPN Chicago radio that the Bears never promised Dalton the starting job. He put that story out and now the Bears don’t want to come out publicly and say he was lying. God I hope this isn’t true.
