The NIL stuff is going to correct itself eventually. Right now it's the wild west, but there are going to be plenty of busts, not just with players but with teams as well. Let's say Jimbo rolls out another few seasons of 9-3. Those boosters are going to start wondering about their return on investment for paying all this money. Getting them to pay again and again every year is going to be difficult. So I think boosters are eventually going to start being more cautious and the numbers will go down. You clearly don't know Aggies well. Lol. As long as oil prices are high the money will be flowing freely in Aggieland. A few 9-3 seasons isn't going to make the wallets close up.

Bingo. Nick's claims that they didn't buy any players is horsefeathering laughable. I guarantee his talent pool has been purchased for decades. He just hates now that NIL has come into play that more people are willing to pony up since they aren't in danger of getting in trouble for doing it. Basically he's a miserable old [expletive] that doesn't like not having any advantages over everyone else. As far as A&M goes, I will say this. I know money has been paid out legally and illegally over the years just like any other school but the numbers being thrown around now are laughable.

Cant say that I have. Maybe I'm just a cynic but I doubt you'll have any sort of meaningful interaction with him. Seems like a closed off dude. But prove me wrong! Maybe if you get him talking about MJ.... I doubt there will be much of any chance of a real conversation. Mainly wondering if I can get a pic with him. I did it about 20 years ago to meet Ditka when he was signing bottles of his wine. He was a miserable horsefeathers. Lol.

I'd hate to move on without a solid backup plan because he MAY have recurring knee issues for the rest of his career.

Who is going to replace him? For all the injuries the Bulls had this season it was Lonzo's that hurt them the most.

Texas 83-67 Nebraska 81-68 That’s hilarious. The main difference is a wider range of results for Nebraska. They’ve won 10 games twice and 9 games four times in that span but also had a 3 win season and two 4 win seasons (I’m excluding 2020’s 3-5 record). Texas had only 1 10 win season and 1 9 win season but won at least 5 games every year. It’s too bad they don’t have a decent game this year before they play Bama. Would have been funny for them to have a good 1st win to get people talking about them being back only for them to get tricked by Bama. I don't know any Texas fans so I have no idea their current level of delusion, but I find it hard to believe anyone not currently beating or at least competing with Bama is going to talk themselves into having a chance until they see it at this point. Heck, it only took my sometimes-overexcited fan base one Bama beatdown before we started bracing ourselves at the concept. Their level of delusion is still maxed out. It’s laughable. They haven’t been able to compete in the Big 12 yet they think they’re going to walk into the SEC and succeed. Sark After Dark is the second coming of Darrel Royal in their eyes.

Did you really think the Bulls were flopping? Maybe I'm a homer or blind to my team but I sure didn't see much of any flopping by the Bulls in that series. Giannis just flat out runs over defenders because he usually gets away with it.

I can't imagine Poles would have been hired if he didn't say that he believed in Fields. So are some of you thinking he lied? Personally I just think it's a new GM being conservative along with realizing that the whole roster needs to be rebuilt. He's not hyper-focused on the young QB, for better or worse.
