Defense was pretty suspect tonight but we are missing our two best defenders right now. Ayo has been clutch but Zo and Caruso are All Defense type guys.

I ponied up for the League Pass before the season started and it's one of the best decisions I've made in a while. Only game I didn't get to watch was the Heat game right before the shut down. For some reason it didn't record properly to my DVR.

Definitely need to add a big to the bench but I'd hate to see most of those guys go in return if it's via trade. Maybe we can add someone who gets bought out by their current team? I have no idea who that could possibly be. I assume the rotation will shorten up a bit in the playoffs but Javonte & Ayo should definitely still get minutes. I'm wondering when Williams may be back and what he can add to this team.

i'm assuming this is in response to me. it's one thing to have success with or without great players. it's another for your entire resume to be based on an offense that is bruce arians's baby with tom brady quarterbacking (and, yes, an embarrassment of riches at WR). no idea what the hype is about or what makes people think he's interesting as a candidate other than arians talking him up. it doesn't necessarily have to be the case, but we already saw how much that means with reid/nagy (when reid took the blame for all the bad playcalling and gave him the credit for the good and said nagy was the most HC ready coach he's ever worked with blah blah blah). It wasn't really directed at anyone. It was part serious, part joking. All great coaches had great players which can make it hard to assess how good a coach really is, in my opinion. It feels like it is even more prominent in football. Maybe Belichick is one that can do more with less. But did he make Tom Brady great or would Brady have been the GOAT under someone else? No one really knows.

Because it’s not always about “numbers” when discussing talent level. i'm not arguing that (even though i wouldn't even say he's an all star on merit, even though he has been a very nice addition and fit on this roster). is this your first time following an all star selection process? (let alone NBA all star). how often do guys who don't put up stats get in (unless they're big name old guys getting in on their past, which also happens)? i just don't see how it's remotely hard to believe that he's not getting hype. My disbelief was with the Bulls not doing anything to promote him. It just seems like something I would expect them to do whether or not he has a realistic shot of being an All-Star in a league focused on offense only. His stats aren't that much different than some Pip All Star years with the Bulls. Sure the points are the biggest differential but Lonzo is still over 13 PPG this year while being an elite defender & passer on the 2nd best team in the East.

Not sure how anyone can watch these Bulls games and think Lonzo is a big stretch for the AS team. not sure how anyone can look at his numbers and be shocked he isn't getting consideration Because it’s not always about “numbers” when discussing talent level.

they kind of have to pimp vuc because he was an all-star last season. lonzo is great but he's a big stretch. Not sure how anyone can watch these Bulls games and think Lonzo is a big stretch for the AS team.

The Bulls official social media accounts are promoting DeRozan, Lavine, and Vooch for the All Star team but no mention of Ball. I don’t get it.

Haven’t read this thread yet but I have a few thoughts after watching last night’s horsefeathers show. - It was nice to see vintage Hicks last night. - Thomas Graham was outstanding. No idea why he hasn’t played before now. - I think Teven Jenkins will be a very good tackle in the future. Love how he stood up for Fields. - Kmet sucks. - Riddick sounded like he was campaigning for the GM position all night during the broadcast. - Mooney is the only WR on this roster. - Nagy is clearly feeling the heat. He knows his time is coming to an end. - Roquan got jobbed. He should be a starter in the Pro Bowl.

You’re thinking of Jacksonville State. Jackson State is in the SWAC. They don’t have a deal with ESPN. The only HBCU football game that is regularly televised is the Celebration Bowl. They had two games on ESPN2 this season with one being the SWAC championship in addition to the Celebration Bowl on ABC. They did have two on ESPN and two on ESPN2 last season but that can be attributed to playing in the spring due to the pandemic when no other college football was happening.

JSU games are rarely even televised. Wow. Seems to me like I saw them on TV a bunch last season. Maybe I'm dreaming that.
