    The Tyrus deal is a great one for the Bulls, IMO. I am biased, but I love Acie Law. He hasn't done much in the NBA yet, but I don't think he's gotten a fair chance yet. I think he can be a legitimate backup to Rose if given the opportunity. Plus the first round pick from Charlotte alone makes it a good deal.

    Hey now, it's Fort Wayne Mad Ant. Don't deprive the city the glory. I was going to say that I was shocked I lived so close to an NBDL team and had no idea it existed.

    Any early guesses as to who you think the chosen two are? I think Blanco has to be one. Without him, who would backup SS? Tracy would give you a LH bat that can play multiple positions so I think he probably has an inside track on the other spot. Your thoughts?

    Anyone can play that game. Who's the best team KU has beaten? It might be Cornell. KU has beaten 5 of KenPom's Top 20. The best team Kentucky has played is #26 Louisville. Who are they? I don't follow KenPom that closely. Texas, KSU, Baylor, Mizzou, and Cal. Where is Texas A&M on KenPom's list?

    OK, I'm just spitballing here so don't rip me too hard. It looks like we won't be able to clear enough cap space for two max FA's. What about this scenario: Trade Miller, Tyrus, & Salmons for T-Mac to clear enough room to sign Bosh. Then re-sign T-Mac to a 1-2 year deal. I'm sure he would come a lot cheaper than he is now. Then you would have a starting lineup of Rose, McGrady, Deng, Bosh, and Noah with Hinrich coming off the bench. Thoughts?

    I got sick to my stomach just seeing the game listed on the guide. No way I could bring myself to watch it. 2003 is the only time in my life that I can remember not even seeing a single second of the World Series.

    I love him (in a non sexual way, of course). Damn, A&M shot 25% from the field in the 2nd half and didn't score for the last 4:08 of the game. What a kick in the nuts. Those three straight possessions with missed 3-point attempts late in the 2nd half just killed us. :(

    I know we fouled intentionally a few times at the end of the game, but KU went to the line 26 times against 11 for the Aggies. That's ridiculous considering how our whole offense was in the paint. No excuse for that.

    The officiating has definitely been better, but we are at home. We shouldn't get screwed quite that bad no matter who we are playing.

    I know I'm biased, but A&M is getting bent over by the officiating. I loved Mark Turgeon's response when Holly Rowe asked him about it at halftime. "I just want it to be fair."
