    I read an unconfirmed report on another board that the Angels are picking up around $21 million of the GMJ contract.

    Some current sophomores I would also look at: RB Mark Ingram, Alabama RB Ryan Williams, Virginia Tech WR AJ Green, Georgia WR Julio Jones, Alabama WR Jonathan Baldwin, Pitt WR Michael Floyd, Notre Dame OT Nate Potter, Boise State C Mike Brewster, Ohio State DL Jared Crick, Nebraska DE Robert Quinn, North Carolina DT Jurrell Casey, USC LB Travis Lewis, Oklahoma OLB Akeem Ayers, UCLA CB Patrick Peterson, LSU - I really like him a lot SS Will Hill, Florida FS Rahim Moore, UCLA SS Robert Sands, West Virginia WRs are loaded. The 4 juniors up there are all big and fast. Plus there's Posey from Ohio St and Terrance Toliver who Kiper has at #1. Yeah, that freshman class from a couple years ago of WRs is absolutely loaded. And don't forget about my personal favorite, who is another big year away from throwing his hat in that field....IU's Tandon Doss. WR Jeff Fuller, Texas A&M Kid is a freaking stud. You will know his name after the 2010 season.

    I know a lady that has season tickets in the bleachers and she offered to sell one to me this season as they are getting too expensive. I didn't have the extra cash and the commute from Texas was too much for me. :bye:

    Chan Gailey is the new HC of the Buffalo Bills. And I'm not sure if it's been posted yet, but an article on the Tribune's site confirms that the Bears will not receive a compensatory draft pick for the Gaines Adams death.

    I read somewhere on the Innerwebs that Lovie Smith was the leading candidate at ECU with Norm Chow and Will "Coach Boom" Muschamp expected to join his staff their as coordinators.

    Okay, this is clearly a well thought out argument. Would you like to elaborate on why, exactly, you think Sandberg would make a good manager? There have been plenty of well-reasoned arguments to the negative, but I have yet to see a single logical reason as to why he would be a good choice. He's fiery Who's to say I do think he would be a good manager? I just get tired of the constant overreactions and bashing every time his name is mentioned. Quite frankly, I'd be nervous if he was hired to replace Lou after this season.

    The only shocker here is that he actually admitted it. And is he saying he only used in '98? EDIT: Your article has more detail then the one I saw on ESPN. He used them more than just the 1998 season.
