    If anything, I would think this would force MLB to go with a DH for every game. I know. That's a reason for me not to like the proposal. Oops. I misread your post. I thought you were saying this could force the elimination of the DH. My bad.

    If anything, I would think this would force MLB to go with a DH for every game. And if a team can opt out of their division, will the AL East be made up entirely of the Red Sox & Yankees? Can Baltimore say they want to move the NL Central? Would an NL Central team then have to move somewhere else? This proposal brings up so many questions. It sounds ridiculous at the moment. I want to hear more.

    I think Kansas, Kentucky, and Syracuse are definite #1's. The fourth is up for debate, IMO. I think West Virginia deserves some consideration, along with Duke

If it weren't for athletics, he'd most likely be unemployed because no real world job would put up with his [expletive].     On Saturday's WGN TV game against the Sox I think Len & Bob mentioned that Santo chipped his tooth eating cheese pizza. Not sure how that is possible, but Ronny is capable of anything.

    Wow, that's pretty phenomenal. Is that a one-time gig or will it continue in future years? probably a one time thing, but they're really good at rewarding customer loyalty. Hmm. If I ever manage to get a big-boy job and have a long-term home I'll have to look into that. In other news, Doug Gottlieb just sounded completely incoherent trying to bash the Big East, saying none of them have good out of conference wins (apparently G'Town's clubbing of Duke and win over Butler, WVU's win over Ohio State, Marquette's win over Xavier, etc. never happened). WVU beat A&M on a neutral court early in the year and Gottleib has been our biggest supporter (I think he has A&M in his Top 15), so I am surprised at those comments.

    Has Dick Vitale and his one eye seen any Big 12 teams play other than KU this season? He has K-State at #15 (I know the loss to ISU this weekend was terrible, but that is pretty low for them), Baylor at #22, and Texas A&M unranked. Virginia Tech at #25?
