    What kind of organization do we have here? I transferred my Opening Day tickets to my brother through the Cubs own website and they weren't going to let him in. They told him no paper tickets. He had to get a supervisor to let them in through the VIP entrance. EDIT: Got clarification that they just hassled him at the season ticket holder entrance but that still shouldn't happen.
