    Didn't he have nearly 40 free throws? 39. Tied his own NBA record from last year. Shaq also attempted 39 in a game but that was in the playoffs. Lol at shooting 39 free throws and only scoring 39 points. And he made 7 shots, too!

    I was thinking the same thing. The yelling was embarrassing but not too bad. The psycho smile made him look like a main character from a Stephen King book.

    After thorough research I have decided that this man is my favorite Bear of all time. This will never go over amongst Chicago meatballs who set their watch by Johnny Unitas's haircut. They will almost assuredly mistake his goofiness for being a bad guy. Tellus can give off that sulking or not working hard vibe at times just by the way he walks around on the field but he really is a very hard worker. I'm sure at some point the media and/or meatballs will freak out about it. I think they'll love the goofiness aspect about him. Everyone loved Jim McMahon.

    I would be happy with that. He is a damn good blocking TE that showed his receiving abilities in NY this season. Something that was missing in Dallas. Plus the dude is nuts. He is a great interview.

    SSR is going to kick you in the shins for stealing his schtick. And FYI, Swope had 104 yards receiving and a TD in the Cotton Bowl ass kicking you took a couple months ago. But I understand why an OU fan wouldn't want to remember that. EDIT: Just for grins I checked the 2011 A&M-OU game stats. Swope had 7 catches for 149 yards and a TD in that game.

    Two tackles would be a waste of resources; Webb would be a suitable RT but they need 2 interior linemen at least. Unless they think Webb/Carimi/Louis could handle guard duties? Two new tackles plus Jones at center. That's more what I was thinking. Carimi was decent at guard when he played there last season, wasn't he? And Louis was solid from what I remember.

    Any chance we sign two FA tackles? Would love to add Barrett Jones in the draft, too. Those 3 plus two in house guys for the other spots and we may be pretty decent on the OL.

    And I pointed out that just because you may be ignorant on SEC football that doesn't mean that he is a nobody. I'm not arguing that Swope is as recognizable as Denard. That's not even close. I just thought it was short sighted to say that Swope is a nobody player. Maybe I'm just misunderstanding your meaning but to me it sounds like you're saying he is not talented enough to be on the cover. If you're saying he's not popular enough, then I wouldn't be arguing that. Then again, that game has had several cover athletes who weren't widely known from what I've been told.
