    this seems like a weird article to me: http://www.espn.com/blog/buster-olney/insider/post/_/id/16427/soothing-jon-lester-might-become-anthony-rizzos-responsibility Basically it says that Rizzo may have to "cool down" Lester because he's so emotional on the mound (because willson is presumably incapable being a "fiery Latino"...). I would say that Lackey and maybe even Arrieta are as much - if not more - emotional on the mound.

    I wanted Archie for NCSU (NCSU alum and his wife is actually from my small hometown in NC) but he obviously wasn't interested. Not that I can really blame him. Though, that said, I'm really happy with Kevin Keatts as the hire. Obviously he could fall flat on his face, but he can recruit, is well connected and respected, (note: Oxford comma) and all he's ever done is win. And he's young enough that if all the pieces fall right he could be a fixture for a long, long time.
