my mlb.tv audio sounds horrible. distorted as hell when voices are slightly raised. just me? -
this may be a dumb thought, but maybe they are actually only thinking about giving butler one (maybe two?) starts at the MLB level to just see how he fares. If he's completely lights out awesome then, yeah, keep him there. but if he's merely pretty good (or obviously worse) then you turn to Monty. I'm basically with TT (because, as a rule of thumb that's always the smart money move) but I could see them maybe wanted to just get a glimpse of how he handles himself back in the big show and then re-evaluate and possibly send him back down.

Pen is still fine. At the moment they can go Duensing/Strop/Rondon/Davis to finish tomorrow and Davis would be the only one not on 2 days rest, and Davis was on 2 days rest today. If I were to ever have to choose a life advisor, it would be TT

what is the record for most consecutive strikeouts for both teams? (or i guess even most strikeouts in extra innings)

it didn't really look that close to the wrist yeah that was certainly forearm. it sucks and it will hurt (and I'd expect maybe a day or two off) but i don't think it lingers after that.
