    He's Adam Dunn right now Why do people keep saying this like it's a bad thing. It would be a HUGE improvement if he was Adam Dunn right now. Unless you're saying he's Adam Dunn at the disgusting end of his career. I didn't assign value to his being Adam Dunn. Just saying he's a 3 true outcome hitter right now Comparing player A to player B is the definition of assigning value.

    yes, although he came up to a different song when he hit the dong haha that's great. I like him even more now. And it's like the first ever big song by BTNH. He could suck at baseball and work at Lowe's and the fact he's a 22 year old that respects BTNH would make me like him.

    What's the benefit of waiting until the final hour? Less time for other teams to counter with additional moves? Huh? Teams that are selling are waiting for best and final offers to drive up the return, while teams that are buying are hoping the seller will get desperate. The tweet says the trades are done and that the wait is only in announcing them. Every year there are trades that are done but not announced until final hour. He's not referencing one specific trade, just the common practice of last minute deluge of trades. Oh. I took his tweet to mean literally what he said. Flurry of trades are actually done, but won't be announced until final hour. I guess it can be read that way, though.

    Yes, the Giants' #1 prospect isn't that great. He's a top 75-100 prospect, which is fair value for two month of a #4 starter like Leake. Plus he's been lights out this month [tweet] [/tweet]

    Nothing will beat the moment when I was watching Baseball Tonight's trade deadline addition when Gammons said that Nomar didn't get traded and then about 2 minutes later it was reported Nomar was traded to the Cubs.
