    He's pretty good at being bad at baseball. He hits a mean groundball to short.

    No, that was a hit. Not Theriot's fault. It's getting to where it's almost impossible to make an error. Everything's a hit. Miles and Theriot should both have Es.

    That ought to get our offense going. It couldn't hurt anything. He's hit 5 HRs in 4 games. They need to do something. It's the same thing with Pujols. Maybe if somebody would knock him down every now and then he might stop killing us. Maybe a good bench clearing situation would wake em up. At least we would know they care. How many injuries would we end up with in the process? Probably none.

    I have an idea. Whoever is pitching tomorrow, throw one at Gonzalez in the 1st. Try to make him a little uncomfortable up there. If you don't want to throw it up and in, just throw it at his knees. Make him move his feet at least. This is ridiculous.

    agreed, hoffpauir for fontenot, scales moves over to third and miles comes in at 2nd. i'd rather have hoffpauir bat for a badly slumping fontenot in a spot where he can tie the game than leading off the 9th with nobody on base. I think Lou was taking a nap.

    He hit the wall back first in Washington this weekend making a catch and got up rubbing his neck.

    bunted down 3b line and pulled up lame crossing 1st. He wanted to stay in at first, and did but then they pulled him. Z pulled himself out of the game. That's how you know it's bad. No he didn't Yeah, I think he did.

    So how will this injury go? He's day-to-day. He'll make his next start. We're going to push his next start back a few days. He'll be back by the end of the month. He's doing towel drills and should be back around the all star break.

    Len just said Bradley is "Nowhere near 100%". Didn't they say two weeks ago it would be 3-5 days? I'm guessing it will end being about a month. And why wasn't he DLd?

    Yeah, because the last thing you want is somebody who can hit in the lineup. Make sure Lee plays every day though.
