  1. 7-0 :) there was a ton of uncalled holding on that drive, it was disgusting
  2. they cheated
  3. romo is all man delhomme prefers the company of men you can see the obvious difference (also, delhomme sucks and carolina is bad at football)
  4. STOMP DELHOMO let's go cowboys
  5. what about competitive eating
  6. reading this thread is making one of my eyes twitch, for various reasons
  7. wow, i didnt hear that. that sucks for them, they were looking at a bowl game.
  8. wow, that was amazing
  9. Hahahahaha, I love watching you freakout about brady quinn... he's gone man, he's gone. This isn't even about Quinn anymore, he was just the impetus - this organization is pathetic. They should be thanking God Al Davis is around to distract NFL fans from how horribly run they are. who cares, it's the browns
  10. Hahahahaha, I love watching you freakout about brady quinn... he's gone man, he's gone.
  11. the cubs seem to have a lot of those because they're the only team you watch, come on
  12. Greinke is going to run away with the award. Voters love win totals but they also love ERA, and he's killing it.
  13. oh, and here's the thing about miami... their D has tons of athletes, but they can't tackle for [expletive]. pay attention to the missed tackles in this game
  14. LSU will lose eventually. what did they rush for, like 50 yards?
  15. I loved Marvin, but he was not a leader whatsoever. Even people who had been with him for 10 years had no idea who he was. He did his job and went home and didn't really ever talk to anybody. The only benefit young receivers might have gotten from him is being able to watch him on the practice field, but Harrison was certainly not taking anybody under his wing. They went back to the tape last year and it just isn't true. Harrison was mostly getting single covered last year and Wayne was getting the doubleteams. That must be quite a small sample size for the Colts supposed red zone problems because they've had an issue in exactly 1 possession so far . The first game they had 2 possessions in the red zone. One resulted in an INT (Peyton made a bad decision when he had Clark wide open) and the other one was a rushing TD. Last game the Colts had 1 red zone opportunity and had a 15 yard rushing TD. And btw, the passing game is doing just fine. Peyton is averaging over 300 yards a game and has 3 TD passes of 35 yards or more. He also has completed 68.9% of his passes which is the highest number of his career. His yards/attempt is the highest of his career, and his INT percentage is down. His QB rating is the 2nd highest of his career so far. There's speculation that the Colts passing game will suffer in the future. But so far, that hasn't been the case whatsoever. And this isn't the first time that something has been said will derail the Colts passing game and it just doesn't happen. I have no idea where you are getting that the passing game has actually been any worse so far this year though. DONT YOU REALIZE YOU'RE ARGUING WITH THE FOOTBALL KNOWITALL? might want to tone it down a notch
  16. Sooners move up in the rankings this week without playing a game this is all going according to plan
  17. hahah did houston nutt fall asleep
  18. Why don't we keep Bradley and trade all 24 other players, replace all of the coaches, replace everyone in the front office, and move the team to some small town in Nebraska where there will be minimal fans and media to bother him. All problems solved! Why are you taking this so personally? you're acting like an idiot.
  19. Did wells asked to be shut down himself? because if he did, we need to ship him out of town, we don't need quitters on this team. If he's back with us next year, Piniella should make him wear a diaper under his uniform. Does anyone remember Orel Hershiser's rookie year? he threw 180 innings IN SPRING TRAINING. This is the same mindset that gets children taken away from their parents when they beat them with a garden hose for getting a B on their report card. We're raising a society of weenies. When I was a kid my dad used to burn my arm with cigarette butts just for the hell of it. He'd do that, drink a bottle of mouthwash and go to sleep. You're telling me that Randy Wells can't take a little elbow inflammation?
  20. what a baby. someone tell this little girl to man up, im sick of these whiners ooh ooh ooh my shoulder hurts. back when i was a kid bob gibson tossed 400 shutout innings with shrapnel from a WW1 era hand grenade lodged in his dorsal fin
  21. im not watching any of this [expletive]
  22. "I was dead for billions of years before I was born and I suffered no inconvenience for it."
  23. the way this all played out is bradley's fault. i don't know if he's unbalanced (likely) or what, but whatever, he's acted like a dick and his teammates don't care for him. But the real villain in all this is Jim Hendry. I keep hearing that we'll have to eat 80-90 percent of this contract to move it. That's 16+ million dollars for a potentially cash-strapped team. There was a risk-assessment in this signing that the Cubs' brass totally failed at. Now we have to eat a lot of dough just to get Bradley off the roster, and the odds seem low that we'll be able to get a RF replacement in the deal, meaning we'll have to promote in-house (we have no one worthy of a spot on our current roster) or sign someone, which we can't do since we'll be paying 16 million dollars for Milton Bradley to play in Oakland, or wherever. Unless Hendry can figure out a way to get someone in here for RF that isn't a complete disaster, this has to cost him his job. For better or worse, he's somewhat married to this situation and it went as badly as possible. This was such an avoidable situation and he walked into it head first.
  24. tell me someone else heard Berman just now during their idiotic "COME ON, MAN" segment. They were talking about what happens if you have 12 men on the field and you have to call a timeout and he said: "I guess in that case it would be come on not enough men. Or come on too many men."
