  3. i hop over here for one second and people are fighting about nd and iowa state because of a discussion about sec teams
  4. abuck just got pancaked
  5. this draft sucks
  6. aaron rodgers eyes are too big and vacant
  7. Landry Jones or Matt Barkley: who is the bigger disappointment? GO Probably neither? It's not Barkley's fault USC is on sanctions and has a [expletive] coach. I'm not a huge Landy Jones fan, but he threw like 200 TDs. He's not a Heisman winner, but it's hard to call a 4-year starter a disappointment.
  8. thank you cam newton and reggie bush
  9. if anyone is curious
  10. chandler's foot and leg appeared to be attacked by Noah's lower body.
  11. lmao at the catcher flinching
  12. Yeah, when Juan Pierre was in his prime, he was very good.
  13. moreno at home vs cle or cj spiller @ miami trent richardson @ denver or reggie bush vs. denver
  14. an awesome name, some alphabet soup, and three arena football names
  15. I've got to pick two out of: * Cam * Stafford * Kaepernick I don't trust Kaepernick but [expletive] Stafford is burning up all his good will. I made it through last week with Stafford because everyone else came up big, but I'm wary of who to go with Sunday. Im guessing Stafford because at least you know he'll sling it around.

    NFL Week 14

MVP. When was the last time a non QB won the award? Tomlinson in '06. Shaun Alexander won it in '05. I'm incredibly biased but he should win it. Yeah Manning has been awesome but they went to the playoffs without a QB last year. The Vikings were 3-13 last year, have the 26th ranked pass offense this year and are 8-6 because he's going to have 1,900-2,100 yards against 8 and 9 man fronts all [expletive] year. They've been without Percy for almost half the year. It's absurd. Peterson should absolutely win the thing. He's incredible. It's mind-boggling what he's doing. Minny has to make the playoffs for him to get serious consideration, though. If they don't, I think we'll have a situation like 2009 when Chris Johnson ran for 2000 yards for a 8-8 Titans team and won AP Offensive POY but Peyton Manning won the MVP. If Minny does make the playoffs, it's going to be close between him and Peyton. peterson's rep league-wide is high enough that i dont think he'll have a problem if he breaks 2,000 yards. Chris Johnson was seen as a speed back novelty, all gold teeth and braids. At this point, considering the injury last year and the [expletive] freak show that he's putting up every week, I think he'll get it as long as he doesn't have a 50-yard stinker in the next two weeks.
  18. suspect 2 is .... charlie villanueva
  19. not many unless we sign anibal sanchez
  20. someone do some kyle math on this [expletive], because beep beep boop boop sanchez' 2012 was not better than wood's 2003. You might be confusing those with WAR numbers. That's FIP. Yes, and it ranks three of sanchez' seasons as being better than wood's 2003, which ranks his 266 strikeout 6.5 h/9 season as "above average"
  21. someone do some kyle math on this [expletive], because beep beep boop boop sanchez' 2012 was not better than wood's 2003.
  22. so essentially the best thing we can say about anibal sanchez is that he'll be exceptionally average for us for five years as long as his arm doesn't fall off (id be interested to see what his velocity was during his detroit starts) and if he does get hurt, who cares, we've got the money. I guess I'm ok with 5/75 but im not going to [expletive] my pants about the FO if he chooses to re-sign with a world series team (especially considering it still appears we're leading for him)
  23. He's 28, doesn't walk very many people, strikes out more than average and gets a decent amount of ground balls. is 7.7/9 really better than average? i like that he won't cost anything other than money, and considering we don't owe anyone any money, it won't really hurt when his arm falls off and we're paying him 15 mil a year to rehab or pitch a 6th inning sometimes. he's just a boring dude to me.
  24. Because our starting pitching for 2014 is Jeff Samardzija and Travis Wood, and the FA class in 2014 is horrible. ok but what about anibal sanchez
