I think that's a pretty common progression for position players, Pujols famously would show up ripped for ST and then get softer as the year progressed. Workouts aren't as rigorous in season, you're trying to preserve your body over 120-160 games, much more travel so your habits can get out of whack, etc. Very nice to see he's progressed from previous Spring Trainings though, bodes well for multiple reasons. Yeah, that's what I mean. I'm saying just because he looks good now, let's not start penciling him in as a 230 pound player, since he'll be right back to 260 in a couple of months
