    The difference is that Randy Wells is less likely to tie the relievers up in his basement and wear their skin as a diferent suit for each day of the week. True. Lilly probably has a few ribcages he can wear as vests around the locker room for intimidation.

    not that i'm going to pretend to have been in support of having Ibanez because I'm not but damn he's raking I'll admit I would have taken MB over Ibanez, but I would have taken Abreu and Dunn over MB. Honestly, just keeping DeRosa and Hoffpauir would have been OK.

    I don't understand why we EVER draft outfielders when, until we win the WS, will never give them a chance to develop at the major league level, especially someone who won't get on base a ton and/or have a ton of power. Epic Fail.

    eyre is/was bad. His World Series ring is in his ear so he can't hear you that's nice, adam eaton got one too, maybe we should have traded for him. Sure, just ignore the Eyre stats that I posted. But, you're right, Piniella is God and Hendry should have gotten rid of Eyre last year.

    I thought we went with 10 last year. ESPN's stats from last year have us with only 9 pitchers seeing action. Those 9 + Howry and Lilly. You would be correct. Don't know where I got the idea that we went with 10 pitchers then. Agreed. And since we have precedence with Lou, 11 is certain. Maybe we can even win a game this time!
