Illinois has lower State Income Taxes, but much higher Property Taxes that will even that out. At least close enough that someone making $140 million wont care.

They played Florida, Notre Dame, and Oklahoma State in non-conference. Normally that would be a tough slate of games. And when they plan these games 7-10 years in advance they could never predict that.

It's going to take a whole lot for Baylor to jump TCU now. Alabama looks safe so it comes down to FSU.

I just ... how can someone feel this way? Your also a little spoiled in Oklahoma having Durant. I agree the quality isn't as good, but neither is it in college football. Still would watch that over the NFL any day. The NBA has a ton of flopping and whining and for the most part a lot of hate-able personalities. Since Jordan I just haven't found the NBA to be all that exciting, and my favorite team growing up in South Texas is the Spurs. 15 years of them winning, and still not that interested until the playoffs start.

Since 2000, Ohio State has won 11+ games nine times. Minnesota has won 8+ games three times. I'd say relative to one another, Kill's accomplishment is more impressive. Besides, part of being a dominant program is having high expectations. Those expectations often reduce your chances at winning awards like that. KU has won the Big 12 ten straight times. Self has only won COY 3 of those times. BFD. This! COY is based on surpassing expectations. Tough to do when your expected to win 11 games to begin with.

Hoping Seattle can fix the field for the Copa America and the next cycle of Qualifying. With the exception of Columbus I'm not sure I would rather see the Nats play in person anywhere else.

Why would you fire Pelini for Petrino. You don't fire a guy for being an [expletive] only to bring in another [expletive]. Petrino is a better coach but also a flawed coached. Curious if Florida can get Stoops. Or if they even are going to target him.

Nebraska was pretty much ranked higher in every preseason poll than they ever finished. And the alumni and fans hated him. Probably the single biggest dick in college sports.
