1-1 draw with Cuba isn't a great start. Its a point which is fine, but its Cuba. I don't know anything about them, but I don't think I really need to either.

Gerrard will already miss the 1st leg of the QF. He was booked in the 47th minute. I thought that it reset after group play. If so that was his only one during the knockout stage so he should still be able to play. Thats what I thought too. Unsure though.

Both teams getting good chances. Kyut missed a wide open Gerrard about 10 minutes ago.

If we can avoid another month I will be happy. Oh, cmon, we have to get this thread to 300 pages. I'm pretty sure the trade finally happening will push this over 300. In which there will probably be 3 pages just of people "SOTO" over and over again.

An early Inter goal would be very bad for Liverpool. Already Liverpool are commiting a lot of fouls.

Is it on ESPN or 2? ESPN2 Finally its coming on. I'm curious to how Liverpool will come out playing against Inter. Its probably not in their best interest to sit back and defend. They have more than enough speed to put out a good counter, and an away goal would be crushing.

I didn't finish messing with the prerankings cause I was going to make the draft. Then of course I miss the draft for the first time ever. Yep its a mess. Too bad Weiters isn't making the team out of ST. That would help.

I hope you're talking about Truffle, cause I am NOT a Falcons fan. I am a fan of a team that has the 2nd MOST NFL/Super Bowl Championships in league history. I am a fan of the Chicago Bears. To me they are the ORIGINAL NFL. You keep harping on this but 2 Championship appearances in 44 years and only 1 win is not impressive when you are trying to tout them this way. Congrats on being a really old franchise that hasn't done that much since 1946.

And if Roberts REALLY wanted out of Balitmore, he would go publicly about wanting to be traded. That's not true. I think it's pretty obvious by his statements about the whole thing that he'd prefer to be traded, he's just not the type of guy that's going to come out and say "trade me". He said when the offseason started that he didn't want to be the "last man standing" in a rebuilding project. He is also a fan favorite who has done a lot of work with the city. He is not going to come out and ask for a trade. The bottom line is Baltimore is holding all the cards, and can wait as long as they want.

Pac Man Jones wants to get traded to the Cowboys. I guess I would give up a 3rd round pick for him. Not sure I do much more than that, maybe a 2nd.

I read from another forum that rules state that the same stadium cannot be used on consecutive days. Since AC Milan's game at the San Siro was Tuesday, Inter couldn't use it today. Liverpool played their make-up game with West Ham instead, and Gerrard negated most of Torres points for my fantasy team. :mad: Ok I see. Thats why they should have seperate stadiums.

Another good showing for England this year in Euro. Why are Liverpool and Inter playing next week? Assuming Liverpool advance, having all 4 teams make the final 8 will be remarkable.

I don't know if its true. This guy has posted true info before (user name Harry Carry). It's probably not true because it goes against everything we've heard lately (no Marquis or Payton) Yeah he really didn't say anything like that. Said the trade makes to much sense not to do. Didn't say he thinks it would happened today or tomorrow, but rather that he didn't know if it would happen today or tomorrow. He did talk to Roberts, and that Roberts seems very interested in becoming a Cub without actually saying that so that part was true. I do feel a little dumber having to listen to two New Yorkers for 10 minutes on talk radio.

By Milan standards this team is nowhere near that good. Still better than most, just not up to their standards. Pato is going to be a great one though. For the record I love Wenger. I really can't think I would rather have anyone else the world manage Arsenal. Easily the manager of the year IMO. Theo Walcott can simply fly. 2-0 Arsenal and deserving

Walcott just made a bad decision to cross instead of shoot. These are the games that Arsenal just can't seem to win the Champions League in the past couple of years.

Theo Walcott should be able to blow by Maldini at some point. Arsenal are a much better team with Van Persie.

50% of that is now gone. Though I am still worried. Milan will be very happy to play for penalties. Milan simply don't belong in the final 8.

Kind of like we had discussed last week, I am happier as a 2 seed in the South than as a 1 seed in the West.
