Utley has a home OPS of .945 and a road OPS of .861. So yeah, on the road he's still a good player. Dan Uggla's career OPS is .809 and his highest ever was .819. So no, he would not put up Dan Uggla numbers. No matter how you put it Chase Utley is far an away the best 2nd baseman in the league. Its really not even funny or close. -

Yeah I am not real comfortable. Lee going 0 for his last 10 not exactly helping my cause. I need to figure out whats going to happen with Glavine's start on Sunday with yesterdays postponement. I lost last week cause of only getting in 6 starts with Bedard going down at the last minute and making the substitution probably 10 minutes to late. Right now I am leading the league in points and could be headed for 0-2.

It's USC, he already had an agent. I thought he had an agent in HS. I'm not sure his NBA rookie salary is going to top what he is already making. -

With all the experience Dempster has closing, he should have just finished the job. Its not like he has to throw for the next couple of days.

I hate those rankings, but there is no real way to do it outside of having people vote. Not that I would trust the people of FIFA to any kind of vote either.

Mine too. Actually that is my favorite thing. I don't like the day to day fantasy leagues anymore way to time consuming, plus it makes you really look at the entire week and plan based on that. Especially if you are in a league where one guy keeps dropping and adding new pitchers every day based on who is going to start that day.

Yea, you new guys are trouble makers! Thanks for the help. How many guys that are in the league right now aren't part of the original league? I've never really thought about the number of new people we've had since the start. From my count it's me, Juan, Deven, Josh, Doug, Chuck, Al, Shane.... Is that everyone? I'm very impressed at how this league has stayed together throughout the years. Didn't realize that was all that was left. I actually missed the first season as I was busy, but came in the 2nd one. We could separate divisions based on this :-).

Damn Arsenal are really taking this season down the crapper. Well not really given how they have far exceeded initial expectations, but still. If they can get one last away goal. I'm guessing game cast is lagging, went from 2-1 to 3-2 in a matter of minutes. Looks like it might be an instant classic though. Unreal finish 4-2. I need to watch this sometime soon, and I forgot to dvr it. Hopefully Liverpool and Gerrard can take it again now. Getting 3 English teams in the semi's would be pretty sweet despite my hatred for Manu and Chelsea.

why even allow us to swap them out at all? it would just be simpler to say the lineups (SP's excluded) are set on monday, end of story. if someone is hurt, you can remove him. when he's better, you can put him back in. allowing everybody to take a guy out once during a week is tough to police and could allow teams to gain games played advantages from position players. pretty much the way I understood it. Guy had to be hurt enough to where CBS recognized it with the first aid symbol. Nothing where the announcer claims he is sore and is taking the day off.

St. Louis got shutout by the Wandy =D> . Its funny till it happens to the Cubs later this year. Well Valverde just blew it 3-3 last I checked. Guess thats funny too :-).
