    I actually forgot about ND, mostly because of how insignifcant they have become. Unless the rob a BCS bid only to get blown out again.

    yes, after they make the National Title game with one loss (an ass kicking @USC). Their season will end 4 weeks before anyone else's and a lack of conference title game will help their BCS score I wonder just how hated OSU is. Easily the most hated team on this board. I guess we could conduct a poll :-)

    If I win I am right back in the playoff race. If I lose I am out, and I have plenty of pieces I could sell high. This was supposed to be a rebuilding year, and I have already exceeded expectations too.

    Everything is brand new, went from a population of about 5,000 in 2000 to almost 40,000 now. Right next to Plano and about 10 miles away from Dallas and McKinney which is another booming area of about 100,000 people. Younger families and close to all of the corporate headquaters in Plano. I think the avg. family income is between $90-100K. Once the finish the construction on tollway 121 it will ease up on traffic. The mall there is huge which draws a lot of traffic right now. They used to have the highest retail dollars per capita in the US a couple of years ago, might still have that. I love the area, the only places better to live in Dallas the housing market in those areas is insane (like parts of Plano, Southlake, and Westlake). Great area to invest in a house.

    I almost feel like we have to wait till after 2010 to get rid of Bradley. Another one wasted. Also, there is now officially no reason for you to ever go to an FC Dallas game. Which is too bad considering they have a S.S.S. and no one to fill it. It's a waste of a market. And a waste of a potentially great market given the size of DFW, and the huge Latin market. They don't seem to care about getting a big name here, and have a great facility too in one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. Frisco is a great area to live.

    no, it's not happening I would much rather start Marshall and keep Samarzija in the bullpen.

    I almost feel like we have to wait till after 2010 to get rid of Bradley.

    The problem will only happen if Cuban is very close to another bidder. Will any one else even top 1.3 billion. If the next guy only goes to 1.2 Zell will fight till the bitter end, we are talking about 100 million. The bottom line is someone is going to have to come very close to Cuban.

    30-15 on CSN broadcasts. It sucks not getting that channel but I can deal with it for that record.

    not happening and it wouldn't matter if they were out of the race. Why would he even say this?

    I think CC is going to want to stay in the NL. I've mentioned it before, I think Sheets goes to Rangers. For Cuban potential, could always make a play for Halladay.

    Its clear that's his out pitch, but he does throw a good amount of fastballs

    recap of this would be appreciated. The old Twins owner was tired of pine tar ruining batting practice balls as it had cost him $500, so he was the one who put the rule in play.

    Would a 1.3 billion sale raise every other franchise at least 10%?

    Even if he were, there's no reason he shouldn't be kicked off the team for that. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Who in their right mind would throw a baseball at someone from 5 feet away? I'm actually glad it hit a fan because that means more will be done to him. Just completely insane. Assult with a deadly weapon might be an option. He better hope the fan is ok.

    From what I gathered the managers we arguing about some brush back pitches in the 1st inning. Did anything happen last night?

    the ball hit a fan and sent them to the hospital. His season is over, maybe next year, maybe career.
