I just traded in my driver for a barely used Taylor Made Super Quad & $53 :-). Bad economy means some great deals to be found. Trying it out tomorrow morning.

I thought he was already had the "head coach-in-waiting" label at Dallas? Isn't he getting paid more than some head coaches? I think some of the luster fell off his star this year. Also, there are lots of talk that Garrett has given Jerry an "Him or Me" Ultimatium regarding TO's placement on the team. With the firing of Brian Stewart as DC, who was a Phillips guy, it's possible that Jerry is shaking things up. We'll see. The guess is that Garrett isn't willing to wait any longer, and Jerry may not be ready to hand him the keys. Brian Stewart sucked. With Gruden now being available along with Shanahan, I wonder how much Jones is rethinking his decision to keep Phillips.

**** me. That's the most insane thing I've ever seen in my entire life. He's not even that good. WHAT? It's the sun, so I'm going to act like it's not true for now. Somewhere, Ramon Calderon's replacement is really, really mad. Somewhere else, Alex Ferguson is really, really happy. Stupid Sheiks and their [expletive] oil money. This was my first thought. He gets rejected over and over again, then just makes a stupid offer.

Are you worried about OSU next season like I am? Still waiting to see what Greshman is going to be doing. yeah, i have a feeling they are going to be real good next year. Texas has to go to Stillwater next year, but at least the secondary should be real solid come then. Baylor could replace Texas Tech in the South as the 4th best team, and they will be competitive as well.

Exactly. And part of the reason the Rangers are still not competing. I like Young and all, but at Derosa type money.

That's pretty huge. Great news for OU, though. Yeah, he was probably a top 15 pick. dammit, when does Bradford decide?

You are only getting a test tube from Brett Farve, but he has yet to decide if he is going to give it to OU. He expects to have a decision made in the next week to 5 months.

Very good one. There ought to be a pretty good quarterback battle this spring between Jordan Jefferson and incoming Russell Shepard. He's arguably the best pure dual threat QB prospect to come out of the South since Vincent Young. The two remind me a lot of each other. He runs a legit 4.4 as a QB presently, and has good feel for the passing game. Most recruiting sites say he's a bigger playmaker running the ball than Pryor and much further along in the passing game. Missing out on Debose hurts, the Tigers still lack a big playmaker down the field in the passing game. Probably going to be the #1 class unless someone loads up on signing day, USC and Texas have outside shots. If LSU gets Randle, they are #1 no matter what anyone else does.

I really can't believe I picked the Giants to win this game when I knew the Eagles would pull it out. Oh well, my beat the streak is going back to zero.

Pretty accurate. ND currently ranked as having the 19th best class with a lot of 3 star guys, and I don't really see any of the top uncommitted guys going their on signing day. You got a solid RB, and still have a shot at the top LB but its pretty wide open on him.

This will work for me. I think he has become my 2nd favorite behind Cuban. He's only around 43 years old, and seems to be very competitive as well.

That was completely botched, and its not like he snapped at right after either. It was simply missed, and missed like you said 2-3 seconds after the clock ran out. If not for Tennessee crapping out the turnovers, and giving the game away this would be all we are hearing about.

Since 2002 UCLA has had three top 25 recruiting classes. I only bring this up cause I was talking with a friend about this yesterday, and because to me there should be no reason they are not top 20 every single year. I just don't understand it. Maybe things will start changing.

An Arizona/Philly vs. San Diego Super Bowl would be awesome. Two teams with a combined 1 game over .500 in the regular season.

But Wolf is really inconsistent, and his health is also a issue. Last season was the first time since 2003 that he made over 30 starts. From 05-07 Wolf made 12-18 starts and was pretty bad. There seems like a good amount of interest in Wolf as well, so he won't come cheap. So hopefully potential ownership doesn't get in the way of us getting Peavy. I would much rather overpay for Lowe than get Wolf.
