first of all, i think 15 points a week seems like kind of a lot. secondly, there actually is a perfect way to determine who the better team is...it's total points. is that really so crazy? if team A scores more points than team B over the course of a season, team A is better. really couldn't be much clearer. and i don't really know what throwing out the 2 highest and 2 lowest weeks would prove. I agree 15 is a lot but 1.7 isn't and should not be enough to consider 1 team better than the other. Throwing out several of the top and bottom weeks gets rid of anomalies. If team A throws a perfect game during the season does that prove he is better cause he has 50 more points than team B? My point is there is no perfect system, and simply saying the most points means your team is better is not true.
