I cheered for OU to beat the piss out of Tebow for the MNC. It sucked but had to be done.

DGB's adopted father is also his HS football coach. His younger brother was just diagnosed with cancer though everything is said to be good on that front. The kid is a future high 1st round pick without puting up video game numbers. He's a better prospect than Julio Jones and AJ Green were. He doesn't need to be the man, simply put him in a program that will protect him and continue to develop him from a S&C standpoint and the rest will take care of itself. His father is going to guide him towards programs and staffs that he trusts. Personally I would not let him go to Mizzou unless they replace that field. How many acl's were blown out there this year?

Works for me ;-). Seriously wtf is happening in Norman. Mario Edwards pretty much ripped OU after his visit, and he was loving them after the RRS. I'm cautiously optimistic on DGB, though he is hiding his recruitment better than anyone right now. I think if his family was closer to Austin I would feel very good, or if the QB situation was better.

About 30 days to go till signing day. UA and Army All-American games are around the corner. Two of the best skill players in HS history are in this class in Dorial Green-Beckham (WR) and Johnathon Gray (RB). Big news for me is that Mario Edwards Jr. who is a FSU commit has since announced Texas as his favorite however has not decommited from FSU.

I was thinking Jed & Theo asked for two of the three (which is what I would ask for) but all three? Wow. I'd tell Theo to go pound sand too, but also can't blame him for trying. If they can't get a major haul for Garza, might as well just keep him, maybe even extend him. Yeah, I would have balked at that asking price as well. I was hoping for Banuelos and Montero, all three isn't quite realistic. But if Garza isn't traded, I think an extension is a must, not a maybe. If you go division rivals trying for him to you might as well start high loke that and take it back to Toronto. Play them against each other if at all possible.

Stoops does enjoy a bag of dicks on a regular basis, so there is a chance. Also something is going on at OU right now, seems to be a lot of eternal fighting within the staff and a lot of unhappy players. I still don't think there is a chance of Stoops leaving for any other program, but who know's exactly what's going on there.

In other great news Craig James is gone from Espn as he thinks he can win a seat on the Senate in Texas. Craig James killed 5 hookers at SMU, so he probably has no chance.

So what the hell is going on? I'm hearing rumors such as Venable's leaving, Brandon Williams transferring to A&M, lots of locker room problems and within the coaching staff. Also the Mario Edwards visit was mediocre.

That's one expensive ass farewell tour. Terry is expected to face a criminal charge for racial abuse too. He's a [expletive] so I hope he is found guilty and Wayne Bridge is on the jury.

If we sign Fielder and one of the Cubans this offseason would be a major success to me. Long ways to go but possible. -

We should find out in about two hours that we are acting like the K.C. Royals and not a major market team. That said, I do fear that Yu's arm will fall off within three years. So while the Cubs lack of going for some of the top shelf free agents is bothersome, I can understand the low ball offer in this case because of the potential arm issues. So which is it? If we don't win we will never know the bid, so how will we know we are acting like the Royals? -
There really is no reason to talk about Garza and the Rangers without Holland.

This is my argument as well. Plus, it's a blind bid so there's no reason to go through the motions if you aren't in it to really win the player. If the Cards or Brewers were a big threat I would understand. Really no one in the NL outside of the Cubs was really gunning for him. -
My dad totally called this matchup because Arsenal always seems to get the tough draws. Beats another matchup against Barca, at least for the time being. Don't worry, I'm sure they'll draw Barca or Real in the quarters if they advance. I'm confidant that will happen too.
