    Rich Hill's last start against the Padres it was said he was tipping his pitches. Whith Bowen now on the team does he share the information he learned from his teamates? I think he could help the cubs out.........

    I hope him and Thomas sign soon!!!!! Vitters should go to Mesa and maybe get a cup of coffie at Boise, and I expect Thomas to go to Boise, and maybe a taste of Peoria before the year is over.

    Gallagher probably. Or, maybe, THE TRIUMPHANT RETURN OF WADE MILLER GUzman when healthy the first choice, then marmol even though he is better out of the pen, then probably gallagher after some AAA seasoning, and heck why not Mark Holliman? the cubs have depth in the system to make a trade involving a starting pitcher if they want to. I think Marshall, and Murton is an ok deal of griffy.

    if he can get 5 starts out of this season that would be great! I think he needs to be in peoria next year if he is still going to be considered a prospect. hopefully he can show up in shape for the first time in his life as well.

    I take it he is going to Mesa to play rookie ball then? Not necessarily. All signees report to Mesa to get acclimated with pro ball and those who are ready can move up. His bat is more advances than Mesa, but I wonder about his defense and catching mechanics. oh ok i see now.

    about time malone get up to daytona, or maybe even Tenn.?? With his age I would like to see him in Tenn. also- does Soto play at 1st. some of the time? I think he could be a good catcher/1B next year off the bench.

    wow thats really odd! he must have impressed in extended spring training. Why didnt he play last year, or this year? injured? He signed late but got 71 ABs at the end of last summer in the AZL. No surprise that he stayed in extended spring training as a 19-year old, the surprise is that he's not at Boise or Peoria. isn't daylan johnson playing everyday at SS??? or is that Mota? It's been mostly Robinson Chirinos. Johnston and Mota are SS at Peoria. thanks got it. they must plan on playing sampson a lot if he is jumping 2 levels. it could be an emergency. Veal appears to be getting on track with three decent K:BB starts The Cubs pulled this same stuff with Mota. He was in Daytona last season for 170 ABs as a 19 year old. and look how well mota's doing now...... :roll:

    Ty Wright has really impressed me. he homered today, and made another nice catch. too bad his team got killed though..........
