    I started Lilly on my fantasy team this week on Sunday without knowing that the wind would be so strong today. Unless Lilly keeps the ball down, I'm screwed.

    I listen to most games on the radio. Ron missed several games last week because of illness/he doesn't travel to NY. He doesn't sound any different now than years past. I'm usually the guy that says he needs to go, but...somehow....the guy has grown on me. He wears his allegiance on his sleeve and the guy bleeds cubbie blue. Sure he's not the greatest color guy on the radio, but the guy is a cub great and he continues to do good things for the community. He and Pat have great chemistry on the radio too and the broadcast is very good. IMO, Ronnie should be doing radio as long as he (and his health) permits.

    Every time I think it the organization has hit rock bottom, they manage to find another hole to fall into. Easily the worst decision I've ever seen - 14 games into the season.

    She just scored skybox tickets for us and our 2 year old daughter for Saturday's game. This will be my daughter's first cubs game. Looks like the weather might be a little chilly. I think the pitching matchup will be Silva v. Rodriguez (right?)

    Love to see him struggle with Seattle. Absolutely love it. I know that being bitter is no way to go through life but the guy is 100% complete trash.

    I was thinking that he was lost as a rule5 pick but baseball reference http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/m/mcgehca01.shtml#trans says he was waived. Either way, I'm curious to see what everyone thinks of the guy. He had an excellent 2009 and has started off well this year. Did he figure something out or was this a case of poor player development? At 27 he's not young in prospect terms but would look pretty good at second base right about now.

    I have a gut feeling that Vitters will be in the Cubs organization for half of this year. Likewise for one of Jay Jackson, Chris Carpenter, Cashner.

    I remember the arguments with sox fans - who would you rather have - Buehrle or Wood. I also remember arguing that I would rather have Wood - I was an ignorant fool.
