    Not at all. You need to take a step back. And there we go. Let's see if they have another miracle in them at home.

    The offense is just slightly off tonight and Luongo has played well. But he hasn't had to make any ridiculous saves. The best scoring chance they had, Buff missed a wide open net. The best thing he has done is cut down on the rebounds, but the ones he has given, the Hawks just weren't quite in the right spot to bury it.

    Canucks are playing Hawks hockey right now. Perfect road game with the lead.

    They can't even get through the neutral zone at this point. And now a penalty. This is ugly. Again, I hate to put too much on Niemi in a game where we can't score, but he got this one off to a bad start and hasn't done himself any favors since.

    I'm not real happy with Sopel either on that second goal. Anytime there's a 2-on-1 and the pass gets completed, I blame the defenseman. Well, yeah, typically the rule in a 2-on-1 is the defenseman takes the off man and let's the goalie deal with the shooter. But this wasn't a typically 2-on-1. The man came in hard and the trailer appeared after it was too late for Sopel to take him. That's when I had to back it up to see who was chasing him. I think it was Bolland, and a second after the goal there comes Hendry gliding across the blue line and into the frame. Completely out of position.

    Real good start to the PP. Really, they are playing well. Niemi let them down on the first goal and Hendry [expletive] the bed on the second one. But unless Luongo goes insane tonight (which it looks like he might), if they keep this level of play up they will win.

    I sure would like to know what Jordan Hendry was doing 50 feet from his position when that goal was scored.

    Luongo not giving up rebounds. This scares me.

    The only thing that will kill the momentum right now is penalties. And there goes Hossa.
