    In one of my semis, the Megatron last-minute TD lost me the game. Absolutely brutal. In the other, I'm up 49 and he has Mendenhall, Wallace and V. Davis tonight. I'm cautiously optimistic.

    Just got home from the Blues game. They are nipping at our heels. Real good game with CBJ tonight. What happened to Seabrook?

    Morin has been called up for tonight. Good to see him get a shot.

    It's not that meaningful but is this team a President's Trophy type team? I'm skeptical until a few of the role players step it up, specifically Brunette, Bickell and Frolik. They will be needed when the big guns go cold. But they are fun to watch right now, no doubt.

    Pronger is out for the year. This concussion issue is getting serious for the league. I wonder if it's a symptom of a faster game or if there are just more diagnoses. I think it's the former.

    Yeah that looks good.

    I love doc emrick. He made Devils games enjoyable to watch. I think he's better than Foley (who I think lost a little bit off his fastball but is still quite good). Emrick is very good. He is constantly trying to describe the game in different ways, and he really does have a way with words. Although the puck does seem to "rattle around" and "skitter along" a lot more when he calls the game. Objectively, he's probably better than Foley, though Pat has been the voice I associate with the Hawks for almost my whole life.

    It was apparently between him and Weis at KU. Not that KU is anything special, and Ark St. could probably beat KU's ass right now, but still. Seems like a huge step down. Not just prestige-wise but also 2 million dollars wise. Exactly. I read an article recently out of Lawrence about Malzahn's wife making some crazy statements to the media in the past and that he may have gotten into some trouble with Chizik. Makes sense given his obvious desire/need to bolt. EDIT: Apparently this was widely reported.
