Spoiler those rancid things, you monster. -
Why would a competitive team regularly sell high on players they need to stay competitive?

Olives are the rancid butts of the fruit world.

Tuna melt for lunch. This guarantees a win.

You could have used those pennies for candy and gum.

I zoomed in to click links (like the magic orange square), but could read comfortably if I turned the phone landscape Basically I had no idea this was such a pain for people; it seems so minor. Sure as hell not going to pay $5 or whatever Tapatalk was until a year or two ago just because I have to pinch and pull a little more. The board was easily readable and usable before.

I'll bet tree always shoots in portrait, too. What a monster.

I'm pissed I never got to experience polio. This is incredible.

it's free Didn't used to be. And NSBB has always worked fine on my phones and tablets, so I have no idea what tree was doing. Probably using a Newton.

A ridiculous scam that gets people pay for something because they have no idea how to manage a browser on a mobile device.

Well, now it's fixed.

How the hell are we supposed to read that.

Sounds about right; the broadly summarized reasoning behind his previous bad year was that the Cubs tried to make him a more patient hitter and it was just so at odds with his approach that it was a disaster. He's just a "too naturally" an aggressive hitter; he can't even be patient when the opportunity to be so is practically starting him in the face. Very frustrating.
-
Well, they could actually drop him lower than #5 in the lineup (and the only time they've done that recently is when Fowler is inexplicably batting #4). Every spot is going to come up at critical times, but keeping him planted at #4 is just really highlighting how much he's struggling.

Meh. As long as we get continued improvement from the young guys, I think we'll be right there. jason heyward finally has the timbo fantasy stink off of him, we have no shot. My bad. :bye: Woof, I thought this was true and then looked up the numbers. Heyward over the last week: .067 .067 .067 .133 That's amazing.

Maddon is supposed to be the genius at juggling lineups and using the whole roster. Get Baez up here and let him start doing it. He doesn't have some kind of magical ability to make mostly worthless players like Ross or Herrera or Baxter or Lake not be horrible.

We're still worrying about the Cardinals? Pretty sure that race is over. http://replygif.net/i/465.gif
-
They're still trying to master this "actually putting together a whole team that doesn't somehow drive you insane" thing with the Cubs.

Castro's really the only one that matters at all that anyone should be worried about in terms of lasting impact/problems. Soler kinda sorta too Eh; it's a young guy who is figuring things out. Definitely what anyone wanted/hoped for at this point, but fortunately it's not really anything to panic over. He's a work in progress, same as Russell. It's definitely easy to get spoiled when a freak like Bryant shows up.
-
There's really no reason not to wait until the 11th at this point.
