This is no longer the case. Bash away. No matter what Mojo tells you. Meh. Castro's decline just sucks for the Cubs; they were clearly counting on him to either produce or be a valuable trade asset. It's odd that certain people are delighting in it, seemingly rooting for him to fall as far as possible, and gleefully siding with the meatballs that never liked him at all. Nobody's denying that he's been terrible this season, but it's weird how much pleasure his badness seems to bring some fans. Obviously I'm a big fan of his and I don't expect everyone else to be, but it's not like he was someone brought in who busted or a lousy rent-a-player; you've got meatballs clamoring for his failure despite him being on of the very few bright spots during shitty post-2008 seasons.
