  2. Well that was delightfully quick. Now get some more runs, dammit.
  3. Arrieta's release point has seemed odd today. I'm probably/hopefully imagining it.
  4. He's a pitcher; basically any hit they get is luck.
  5. Oh man, he's so safe. He's still ridiculously slow, but he was safe.
  6. When Soler starts unleashing dongs it's going to be majestic.
  7. Why? He's clearly not doing it on purpose. I'm not saying he did, this really doesn't matter for teams. Of course it does. Players get hit by wild pitchers all the time. Players don't like it when the ball goes near their head repeatedly, intentional or not. Remember Chapman last year. Peavy is enough of a tough guy to hit someone in retaliation(Lester would too I bet), although he might be so desperately trying to conserve pitches that I wouldn't bet on it. Bochy seems like he runs a tighter/smarter ship than that.

  9. Pence looks like he would produce a tremendous stench. Dammit, Coghlan.
  10. TBS just showed one of Pence arm wrestling with a young Giants fan, so DiamondMind's weird outburst makes a lot more sense now.
  11. I dread to even ask what just happened to you. TBS guys comparing Maddon to La Russa and it's grossssss.
  12. Jesus, Peavy just chucking them in there whether Posey's set or not.
  13. I was just thinking that it's a double whammy for Giants' fans, they finally get Pagan out of the lineup/leadoff spot and he finds his way back less than 3 innings later. Aoki's numbers surprised me; I remember him being pesky with the Brewers but for some reason I thought he had fallen off after that first year.
  14. Feel bad for the guy, but hey, makes Peavy linger on the bases longer and inserts the currently terrible Pagan into the Giants' lineup.
