It's needless lineup alchemy at this point now that they have Jackson. It does little but potentially get less AB's for better hitters. Yeah, I thought one of the perks of batting a decent hitter 9th is that you can more easily put your best hitters 2-3. Instead, our best hitters are 4-5. It made more sense when Schwarber was in the lineup and they didn't have Jackson, but with both of those factors changed for the time being it's pretty silly pushing the best hitters further down the lineup and potentially getting them less AB's. Coghlan is a useful player, but I'd prefer him to not needlessly get more swings than Rizzo or Bryant.
