  1. They don't need a stupidly insane Dodgers deal to just finally be making a [expletive] ton more money than they had been off of TV. Plus why would ESPN's woes bode poorly for niche sports channels? That's the whole reason outdated cable models like ESPN are slipping; a mish-mash of programming that ultimately has little that each viewer actually wants to watch. And man, the comments section of that article was unexpectedly nutso bananas; who knew the reason the ESPN was going down the tubes was because they're a bunch of filthy liberal perverts?
  2. They're definitely bad, but like I said earlier in the season they're a "good bad team" where they were losing enough games to get a better draft pick but they were in pretty much all of the games and weren't losing in catastrophic fashion. Then you'd just be plain ol' bad, which usually can't be fixed quickly unless you have an amazing draft or two almost across the board. Though now they've been upgraded a bit to throw the better draft pick out the window. Last night was awesome, but I can't help but wish they had at least a couple fewer wins overall this season. if i had something to wish for, it'd definitely be that they have a couple more wins, because then 10-12 wins would be looking hella realistic right now. Well, yeah, I wish they were actually undefeated, but I think as ti stands them missing the playoffs despite the makeup of their remaining schedule is more likely than them doing anything in the playoffs or even making them in the first place. I just wanted a better draft pick specifically because I DON'T think they're hopelessly bad in terms of being able to compete next year.

  4. I understand very little of the post. You haven't watched the games? They play once a week. This isn't some grueling marathon. This is the only game you've really wanted them to win? I don't even know what this means. This is what turkey does to a man.
  5. I'll take it, but sweet Jesus, these refs are clown shoes.
  6. Calm the [expletive] down, Cutler.
  7. Good God, please let his arm be shattered.
  8. I wander the Earth looking for the Ducross Brothers.
  9. It looks like a shitty suburban office park, but they own it, so, yay.
  10. It looks like a University of Phoenix campus. THAT'S THE JOKE.
  11. The Chicago Bears are playing stank football for the third year now.
  12. Damn, that would be a great way to kick this off.
  13. I know that was probably technically Hinrich's best game in a long time, but it was still painful to watch. After he hit that last 3 the Warriors just completely exploited him for the liability he is.
  14. I'd be surprised if he got more than $12 or 13 million a year. Really? I guess I just figured the lowest would be $15. If not, he becomes a lot more intriguing. Still scary, because he might just suck, but a lot more intriguing. Obviously starters are always in high demand, but I think after last year he'll only get something that high per year if he takes a shorter deal.
  15. I'd be surprised if he got more than $12 or 13 million a year.
  16. Well, now you're just talking straight up crazy.
  17. Yeah, he's been pretty underwhelming to start the season.
  18. I'm calling a modest Greinke-Heyward-Shark offseason. Seems very realistic and not expensive at all. Nope, not at all.
  19. Uh, no, I was talking about...uh...how Jake always wears that same hat! Yeah, that's the ticket...
  20. Shark seems like a cool dude who likes looking like a dandy highwayman. I'd like to see him back.
  21. HE BROUGHT GIRL SCOUT COOKIES AND EVERYTHING.
