  1. Being good and leading are two separate things. I know Rondo is doing this to get exiled, but he IS correct. so now dwyane wade isn't a good "leader" who is? is lebron? is rondo? lol Correct. Eh; he's great, so he can fake it. Obviously not.
  2. I like how signing Rondo was a trainwreck literally everyone but the Bulls could see coming.
  3. Man that just seems like way to high of a bar to set for "not building around", especially in an era where team building is usually measured in the number of stars you assemble. "Geeze can you imagine how pointless it would be to watch Jimmy play with a bunch of other All Stars" basically I don't think Butler could play with a bunch of all stars.
  4. Yeah, I saw Butler described as a younger Melo with better defense but worse shooting, and, well, that kinda nails it. We keep waiting for him to take steps forward, but any offense run through him is basically "Jimmy eats up the shot clock until it forces a shot" too often. He's good, but he's not "build your team around this guy"-good.
  5. i've never seen a player with such bizarre shot selection It's baffling; I swear half the time he's headed out there a little drunk.
  6. Oh, I was definitely one of those people; I remember more than a couple scenarios being brought up trading Mirotic before he came over and thinking the Bulls would be nuts to do it. Blah.
  7. The team is, like, 90% horsefeathers. No coach was saving this. Man, remember when we all thought Mirotic was going to be so good? What a bust.
  8. Well, last night was a disaster: http://deadspin.com/the-bulls-are-melting-down-1791643301 This team is toast.
  9. Yesssss, you're that much closer to understanding my Bears hatred.
  10. Hahahahahah!
  11. Yeah, the guy already has a laundry list of great performances and he's straight up beautiful. Boom, boom. Dude's legit for these alone: RocknRolla Bronson Inception Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy Locke The Drop Fury Road omg I just remembered that he was the villain in Star Trek: Nemesis... If you told me right now they were making a ST movie with Tom Hardy playing a fucked up younger Patrick Stewart clone, AND Ron Perlman was in it playing a Romulan monster, I'd punch anyone and everyone in the face to be able to see it. And yet, somehow that all instead resulted in maybe the worst ST movie of all time.
  12. Well, I'm disappointed that the Packers didn't make it since that would better rub the Bears' noses in their abject failure as an organization, but I will take the small victories where I can: https://youtu.be/sz6S3UlzjKA [tweet]https://twitter.com/Patriots/status/823369252828835840[/tweet]
  13. It's cool; I'm a Patriots fan now.
  14. Yeah, Rivera's, like, one of a tiny handful of pitchers who make the exception. Otherwise horsefeathers relievers.
  15. PACKERS GONNA DO IT TODAY. PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACKERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRS.
  16. Statistically, the DR is the most dangerous place to drive in the world. Could teams start fining or somehow otherwise punishing players if they find out a player was driving drunk and luckily didn't get into an accident? I would have to imagine the union would be up in arms about such a thing if the police weren't actually involved.
  17. He's teensy and it would probably break him.
  18. I was definitely pissed about not getting Beltran, but I was convinced signing Bradley was going to turn out to be a genius move.
  19. This. A virtual steal from the O's. eh, he literally needs to hit 40+ HRs a year to have any ounce of value. It's not a crazy contract that's going to sink them or prevent them from anything but if he's not hitting for league leading type HR power every year he provides no value. Yeah, signing Joey Bats wouldn't have been some great move, but Trumbo is pretty much just a slab of beef who needs to eat, breathe and horsefeathers dongs to be of any use.
  20. Man, I figured Ricky Williams would be a football god down in Texas, but not even that prevents him from being stopped for being black: http://deadspin.com/ricky-williams-got-stopped-by-police-for-taking-a-walk-1791408536 https://youtu.be/G245VWAaLk0
  21. That's just depressing.
  22. Bronson is also basically just a vehicle for Tom to show the world that you don't deserve him. Yeah, the guy already has a laundry list of great performances and he's straight up beautiful. Boom, boom. Dude's legit for these alone: RocknRolla Bronson Inception Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy Locke The Drop Fury Road
  23. The complete mediocrity of the show is totally worth any and all Tom Hardy scenes in seasons 2 and 3. Yeah, it's a shitty show that I can't help but watch because of the cast. I have a sneaking suspicion that upcoming Tom Hardy show on FX is going to be the same way. DAMN YOU, SEXY TOM HARDY.
