    I would guess it's a bit of both getting older and the wrist. Whatever the reason, the answer clearly is to keep batting him cleanup as the team struggles to muster any kind of consistent offense in the middle of an annoyingly tight division battle.

    Probably. But I don't think I'm delusional about them or anything. I know they're not that good and that they could easily lose the division. I've come to terms with that already. But I'm not ready to throw in the towel on these losers yet, so it definitely will sting if it happens. I'm going with the mantra I came up with for Wilson: "they're bums until they're not."
