    No kidding. I hate that song, but it was perfect for that montage. To this day I get at least a lump in my throat watching it. So much is ending in it, so much false hope for the years to come...rough stuff.

    Do you mean leaving the game early? To be fair, that's hardly the only reason people have issues with Sammy. I grew up watching the guy be the only reason to be a Cubs fan and I want to see him hit #600, but I also recognize that he was very much a "flawed hero" that has legitimate criticism that can be leveled at him, steroids or not.
