I'm with you. My threshold for idiocy reached it's maximum. We take it for granted, but we are extremely lucky to have Len and Bob. They are top notch compared to a lot of these idiots nowadays. Indeed. When I finally got EI for the first time last year I realized just how good we have it. Len, I know you come by the board every so often...you and Bob rule!

I really have fun listening to Bob & Len. If it's the playoffs, I'll watch the HD, but otherwise I'm staying as far away from ESPN as possible.

I read the book first...thankfully. Much more intriguing and told the story of NYC in the summer of 77 in a rich way. I'm curious to read the book since all the subject matter is stuff I find interesting...it's just portrayed so clumsily and hamfisted in the TV series. I think I enjoy the brief interviews with the real life people at the end more than anything else.
