Ryan Dempster – Early Season Cy Young Candidate?
Sammy Sofa replied to GoCubsGo1679625768's topic in Chicago Cubs Talk
No shame in Wood's outing. Giving up a solo shot to a good fastball hitter like Bay will happen from time to time...the important thing is that he immediately stopped the bleeding and made the next three batters look like chumps and kept the Cubs in it. -
NOT MCLOUTH!!!
-
Oh, thank Christ. My heart plummeted for a second there.
-
Just over 9,000 there to begin with.
-
That is so huge for Pie. It's things like that that are gonna help him take the steps he needs to take over the season.
-
MMMMMMM, DELICIOUS PIE!!!
-
FELIX, DON'T SWING UNLESS YOU GET THE MEATIEST MEATBALL THAT EVER MEATED.
-
If Soriano scores someone here, I'll pee everyone's pants.
-
Hmmm, the debacle on Monday was much longer thanks to the scoring...that game was 5 hours, but this one has gone longer and is only at 4 hours.

Again, that bat toss was BAD ASS.
-
BEST BAT FLIP EVER.
-
Careful. The admins lay down the law with stuff like that.
-
I'm oddly unstressed about this game. I'll be very surprised if the Cubs lose it.
-
Actually, this is safely almost totally on Wood and Marmol.
-
Annoying.
-
Marmol's got nothing.

LEE IS A MASTER OF MEN.

YET SORIANO AND VLAD ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PLAYERS. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
-
Nady grounds to Cedeno, Bay out at 2nd.
-
1-2-3 swinging k of LaRoche.
-
And then a 1-2-3-4 walk.
-
Wow, that was snappy. 1-2-3 k for Demp.

Try channel 10. That's what it is on mine Awesome! Thank you! Love that Comcast doesn't list this game in the channel guide.
