    Why? It's the starting pitching that has been brutal since Z went down. Today was an example of the bullpen doing fine. The HR Marmol was a fluke shot.

    The Cubs have looked pretty rough for the last few series, but hey, they weren't going to just coast the whole year beating up everyone. With the injuries, this was bound to happen now. All they need to do is tread water until everyone starts coming back and the trades start happening.

    Unfortunately, I really think CC is all but gitwrapped for he Brewers if they really want him. I hope I'm wrong, but it just seems to me that the only reason they wouldn't get him is that they don't want to pay him a big contract.
