  1. Edmonds taking no guff from Marquis' BS.
  2. What if your beard is weird and your 'stache is trash?
  3. A deep double, dicey defensive plays...it's like Sori is back!
  4. Wow, Fontenot looks even tinier batting 6th.
  5. Yeah, Marquis was looking good...Dye is just one of those guys locked in and in the middle of an insane hot streak right now. He's gonna hit almost anything anyone throws at him.
  6. It's Wrigley and a day to mash. The Cubs will b back in this quick...just don't pitch to Dye from here on out.
  7. Maybe. 6 home runs in six games right now.
  8. Good Lord, Dye is insanely hot right now.
  9. Good. As much as I want him back with the team, I'd rather he takes the time to heal properly instead of rushing things.
  10. He looks like he was asleep and the crowd cheering scared him awake, and that's him leaping up/screaming in terror. Anyone have a brighter larger version of the 2007 shot?
  11. Man, all of this big wins happen when I'm at work. Badass bat-flip, Aramis.
  12. *Phew* I'm looking forward to seeing Marshall up in the meantime!
  13. As much as I hate Marquis, he's looked damn good for, what, his last 3 starts? Please keep it up, Jason. Contreras, remember that you're old and very hittable. Thanks. I hope the Cubs score earlier than today, since the White Sox bullpen has usually been much more reliable than that.
  14. Man, this stinks. I was really looking forward to seeing him cement himelf as the Cubs' #2 this season after doing so well last year and so amazing the second half of 2006. I really hope he can turn it around, especially since making a big splash by the trade deadline could easily involve moving guys like Marshall and/or Gallagher.
  15. I swear all of the Cubs' big comebacks this season have happened while I'm at work. Next time they're down, I'll call in and see if I can pick up a shift.
  16. Why? We're usually down, that's easy to deal with. Being up is unusual, and it makes us nervous.
  17. Cubs go down in 10 pitches or less in the 3rd. Now show me up, jerks.
  18. I got some serious action here...do the Cubs hit into more DP's than the Sox hit HR's today?
