    As much as I hate Marquis, he's looked damn good for, what, his last 3 starts? Please keep it up, Jason. Contreras, remember that you're old and very hittable. Thanks. I hope the Cubs score earlier than today, since the White Sox bullpen has usually been much more reliable than that.

    Man, this stinks. I was really looking forward to seeing him cement himelf as the Cubs' #2 this season after doing so well last year and so amazing the second half of 2006. I really hope he can turn it around, especially since making a big splash by the trade deadline could easily involve moving guys like Marshall and/or Gallagher.

    I swear all of the Cubs' big comebacks this season have happened while I'm at work. Next time they're down, I'll call in and see if I can pick up a shift.
