    What does everyone see in Valbuena? an acceptable baseball player. You won't find much of that here. It's admirable that he seems to be able to work a count, but it doesn't usually amount to much. I feel like there's plenty of Valbuena acceptance around these parts. Yeah, like people on a sinking ship resigned to their fate.

    Don't we all? That place freaks me out at night; too many areas of the city seem completely deserted. I've never been to Pittsburgh, but that's exactly how I felt about Cincinnati when I went for a couple of Cubs games in 08 and I was there on Friday and Saturday nights. Feels like a zombie apocalypse has happened and nobody told me.

    Neifi. You go back and look, and the defensive metrics really did like him and his WAR says he may not have been as bad as we thought. Nah, I don't need to ruin my outlook of him. I'm comfortable with it. I figured Neifi would be a better choice though. Yeah, picking Neifi is going to be based on his defense; his reputation for awfulness then and now was justifiably based out of his wretched offense, and there's no revisionist history going on there. It still sucks when you look back.
