I thought Feldman Looked decent. A lot of movement on his fastball. He doesn't typically walk people like he did the other day so not support worried about that. That's true; I think they mentioned that giving up home runs was his problem before. -
Not really. Yeah, no kidding; the game was still easily winnable after the 8th. Winning by one run or eight is the same end result. So scoring a couple runs when they had 1st and 3rd with one out in the seventh or bases loaded with no outs in the eighth with 1-2-3 in the order coming up wouldn't have mattered? Of course not, but to say it "all goes back to" them not scoring in those situations isn't accurate; a game is still overwhelmingly in the favor of the team leading, even just by one run, when the final half inning comes up. I was frustrated as hell when they didn't add on, but they still should have walked away with a win being up 5-4.

Starting pitching looking pretty damn good besides Feldman...offense waking up? Ignore Marmol going forward and things just might be OK.

two outs, they weren't paying attention and he put himself into scoring position. What is wrong with that? Because it's part of a trend; he's trying to unnecessarily stretch hits like he's a much faster runner, and isn't this the second time he's tried to steal this season? I don't want him doing that. He's not fast and he's going to get himself out more often than not.

Seriously. Im real unimpressed with him as a catcher. Eh, that's really the only problem I have in those regards, and you'd think it would be relatively easy to fix or improve.

Even with him platooning, I figure he'll hit 15ish homers for us. That would be pretty impressive, given he's never topped 9 in a season (and his next highest total is 6).
